Description
The Canadian Free Press was first published in 1967 at the Argyle Co-operative House in Ottawa, Ontario. It was a member of the Underground Press Syndicate, and has gone by a number of other names including Ottawa Free Press, and Octopus. It largely printed experimental fiction and poetry, and covered drug culture.
